• Goldline International, Inc. (“Goldline”) is one of the largest precious metals trading companies in the United States with over 200 employees.

• Goldline’s shareholders desired to pursue a shareholder liquidity transaction.

• To maximize value, M&A Capital conducted a parallel process that resulted in various options for the shareholders to consider, including a transaction that would include management participation.

• At the end of the process, all parties mutually agreed to sell a majority of the company to CIVC Partners, a Chicago based private investment firm, in a trasaction worth over $50 million.

• The transaction was financed with an appropriate mix of debt of equity, providing the company with sufficient capital to materially grow the business into the future.
