• The president and key management expressed an interest to increase their equity in the company.M&A Capital was engaged by the Company to manage a process to accomplish management’s objective, while also obtaining a value satisfactory to Goldline’s majority shareholders which provided them liquidity.

• M&A Capital developed and executed a carefully balanced process that produced a fair value for the selling shareholders, while also allowing management shareholders to significantly increase their ownership.

• Management partnered with CIVC Partners, a Chicago based private investment firm, that provided an investment allowing for continued expansion of the Company. Through the transaction, management increased its equity percentage, and M&A Capital was trusted by all sides so that we were the only finanical advisor on the transaction.
