The other eight told us it was a good time to sell and they could get us top dollar. You were the only forthright advisor in the group. You suggested we should wait for better market conditions at the risk of loosing our assignment. Following your honest advice, we realized a considerably higher sell price.
I also greatly appreciate all the time you spent with us and your 24/7 availability. With the many events in the sale process, it was wonderful having you always available to advise and discuss strategy.
